Our AAAASF surgical office facility is located in the 495 building of Mt Carmel / St Ann’s Hospital. The building is physically attached to the back of the hospital. Our appointments, consultations, and out-patient surgeries are all provided at this location.
Parking
Patient parking is provided in the lot beside the entrance to the 495 Medical Office Building. Valet parking is available at the entrance to the building.
Hours
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We can be reached directly during this time. After hours, our answering service will take your information and we will return your call.
Consultations
Our fee for a consultation appointment is $120. This fee will be deducted from the cost of your surgery should you decide to have surgery within 6 months.
Consultations with Dr. Houser usually last about one hour. Dr. Houser believes that it is important to spend this time with each patient, discussing surgery details, looking over options, and answering questions. He understands that the decision to have plastic surgery should not be taken lightly and wants you to feel informed about your procedure and comfortable with your decisions. Feel free to email Dr. Houser if you have questions or concerns about your upcoming surgery.

Financing
If you are interested in financing your procedure,

Cost
Following your consultation, we will give you a quote for your procedure. If you are comparing costs with the fees from other plastic surgeons, please note that the quote that we will give you includes all fees associated with your surgery. Please be careful when comparing prices, some of the advertisements that you will see on the internet include only the surgeon’s fees and not the facility fees and anesthesia fees. Please contact our office if you have any questions about fees.
Our AAAASF Surgical Facility
Dr. Houser provides cosmetic surgery procedures in our private in-office surgical facility, which is fully accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). Some patients inquire about the safety of out-patient surgery and that is quite understandable. Out-patient surgeries that are performed by a qualified surgeon in an AAAASF accredited facility are as safe as in-patient operations.
AAAASF accreditation is only awarded to surgical facilities which maintain the highest level of patient care, safety, cleanliness and emergency response procedures. Our facility, which is located in Westerville Ohio, is physically connected to Mt. Carmel / St Ann's Hospital where Dr. Houser has full operating privileges.
Your comfort is very important to us. Procedures in our office are performed with twilight sedation and local anesthesia. Regional anesthesia (epidural catheters or spinal anesthesia) is performed as needed by an anesthesiologist or a qualified nurse anesthetist.
Hospital Procedures
Hospital surgeries provided by Dr. Houser are performed at Mt. Carmel/St. Ann’s Hospital.
