Payment Calculator



The interactive calculator is provided in order to give a general idea of the monthly payments based on the chosen program. Please contact our office for more detailed information.

Our office accepts all major credit cards and personal checks. In addition, we participate in plans with two medical financing companies; CareCredit and SurgeryLoans.com. We do not provide in-house financing.

The CareCredit plans which we accept include 3, 6, and 12 month plans which are same as cash*. No interest is charged if you pay in full, on time. If not paid in full on time, 24% interest is charged on the entire (original) dollar amount.

*(on purchases of $1000 or more with your CareCredit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within the agreed upon months or if you make a late payment. Minimum Monthly Payments Required)

We also accept CareCredit plans for 24, 36, and 48 months (balance must be $1000 or more) at 13.90%. Borrowers must make minimum set monthly payments.
